Q. If I order more than one card, do you need the names of each person?
A. No. Names are not printed on each FresnoLIVE Discount Card. However, each card has a serial number so users can register their Discount Card on FresnoLIVE.com to win prizes and giveaways.
Q. Ordering online "freaks me out". Is your site secure?
A. Our site is 100% secure using a 128-bit SSL Certificate, to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Our company's registration documents and site's registered domain name has been verified by our secure certificate host. Q. How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
A. Our parent company is FresnoLIVE and this name will be reflected on your credit card statement along with the total cost of your order.
Q. How long is my FresnoLIVE Discount Card valid?
A. Our current FresnoLIVE Discount Card is good until December 31, 2009.
**If you have a 2008 FresnoLIVE Card your card is good until December 31, 2008.
Q. I would like my cards mailed to my home. How long will it take?
A. Normally, all orders are mailed out within 24-48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. Please allow 5 days from shipping date to receive your order. Please note: Canadian or International order may take longer. Please make sure to include all proper address information
Faxed orders can follow the same instructions above and fax the printable order form to us at: 559-421-0374. Sorry, check and money orders are not acceptable by fax. Please make sure you include your credit card information on your order form.
Q. How many times may I use my FresnoLIVE Discount Card at locations that accept it?
A. You may use your FresnoLIVE Discount Card as many times as you like, at any of our participating vendors, until it's expiration date.
Q. What happens if a merchant does not want to honor the FresnoLIVE Discount Card?
A. If a participating vendor does not want to accept your valid FresnoLIVE Discount Card, ask to speak with the manager. It may be possible that a new employee may not be fully trained in the establishment's participation. All participating vendors have signed, legal contracts with us. If for any reason you have a problem, after speaking with a manager at a location, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Q.Can I renew my FresnoLIVE Discount Card?
A. You do not need to renew your card. Once your card has expired you will need to place a new order for your card(s). You can order new cards online through our quick order process by entering your email and password or call us at: 559-217-9996.
